I PREFER ANOTHER DESIGN/SIZE, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
You may return new, unworn products in their original packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery / collection for a one-time exchange or a refund in Store Credit*. Product(s) must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to try your gown in a clean, dry space and avoid makeup, fragrance, or lotion during fitting. If the gown is returned with stains, strong scents, or signs of wear, we will not be able to process the return / exchange.
*Purchase of sale item(s) & purchase made using Store Credits are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Exchanges can be arranged via post.
Please email contact@thewolfandlily.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your reason for exchange
- The size/design you’d like to switch to
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item).
Note: If the preferred size/design is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit equivalent to the item value (excluding shipping fees).
HOW WILL MY RETURN BE REIMBURSED?
You’ll receive Store Credit equivalent to the paid value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping fees.
- Store Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- They do not expire and can be used on your next online purchase
You’ll receive a return confirmation email within 7 business days once we’ve received and processed your parcel. Store Credits are not exchangeable for cash.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?
We check each dress order carefully before sending your order out. However, if you have received the wrong item or a defective product, please email us at contact@thewolfandlily.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
In this case, we’ll cover all return costs and arrange a replacement or full refund in Store Credit.
