Can I try on your gowns in person?

At the moment, we are an online-only brand and do not offer in-person fittings. However, we’re always happy to assist with sizing and styling advice virtually.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

For the most personalised fit, minor alterations may be a part of your bridal journey. We provide measurements for each design so you can gauge the fit more accurately. Each piece has slight allowance for alteration upwards. When in doubt, it is easier to size up if you are in between measurements and work with a trusted tailor to make minor alterations.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS. Complimentary local delivery is available for all orders within Singapore. For international orders, shipping fees vary and will be invoiced separately. You'll receive a quote via email within 1–2 business days after placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my dress?

Yes — we accept returns and one-time exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Store Credit will be issued for eligible returns, after deducting a flat return shipping fee. Please contact us for more details.
